Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship all over the world.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the continental United States is free for paid orders over $50.00 and $5.99 for orders under $50.00. Standard shipping is $14.99* to Canada and Mexico. Shipping costs to other parts of the world vary and will be determined at checkout. Depending on where you are shipping in the world, you might also have options for expedited shipping which will allow you pay more for shipping to get your SissyLittle.com order faster.

Any additional shipping charges, taxes, or other fee charged by governments or customs agencies when orders ship internationally are the full responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid to SissyLittle.com at the time of ordering do not cover any additional fees charged by other organizations as an order is transported.

Promotional discounts cannot be used to pay for shipping unless otherwise indicated by SissyLittle.com
How long will it take me to get my order?
Each order at SissyLittle.com has to be custom cut and assembled before it can be shipped. Assembly time will take anywhere from 1-5 business days from the moment the product is ordered to the moment it is dropped off with your chosen shipper.

USPS parcel post is used for all customers in the United States who select standard shipping. Typical USPS parcel post shipping times are between 5-9 days but can be as long as 2-3 weeks. The USPS does guarantee shipping times.
Why doesn't my order ship the same day I order it?
Each order at SissyLittle.com has to be custom cut and assembled before it can be shipped. Assembly time will take anywhere from 1-5 business days from the moment the product is ordered to the moment it is dropped off with your chosen shipper.
How can I find out when you've finished assembling my order and shipped it?
After your order is assembled and shipped, we'll send you an email telling you it's on its way. You can also visit SissyLittle.com to check your order status (https://sissylittle.com/customer-orders-listing/). You'll need to sign into your SissyLittle.com account to view your order information.
Can I track my order once it's been shipped?
Once your item has been shipped, if your selected shipper provides online tracking, your shipping notification email will include a link to that shipper's online tracking application. This link will also be added the order information page available through your SissyLittle.com account (https://sissylittle.com/customer-orders-listing/).
Standard shipping within and outside the United States will receive their orders via USPS parcel post, which does include tracking!

For customers outside the United States, when a USPS order crosses a border, you'll be temporarily unable to track your package. Once your order has passed through customs it will be scanned by the destination country's postal service. At that point you will then be able to use your original tracking number on that country's postal service website to track your order.

Example: A standard shipment to Canada will be shipped using USPS parcel post and can be tracked at http://tools.usps.com. Once the order crosses the border, tracking will be temporarily delayed, and then can be continued at www.canadapost.ca.
Is your vinyl removable?
Our wall decals are easily removable when applied to a properly prepared wall surface. The only issue we've uncovered during our testing was when we applied the vinyl directly to a wall which was painted without using primer or the paint was not given enough time to cure (2 weeks). The manufacture recommends a 2 year life span for this product once it has been installed.

Please refer to the manufacturer's specification document for more information. Because of the unique and varied conditions of where this product might be installed SissyLittle.com cannot issue any warranty or guarantees relating to your design once it has been installed.

Is your vinyl restickable?
Our wall vinyl is removable but it is not restickable. This means that while you'll be able to safely remove your SissyLittle.com wall decals without damaging your walls, you won't be able to reapply the removed decals.
What kind of surfaces can I put my designs on?
Most people know you can install our vinyl designs on clean, smooth indoor walls but those are the only places you can put SissyLittle.com wall art.

Outdoors:
By default, SissyLittle.com designs are assembled with a vinyl designed for indoor use only. If you would like to use our designs outdoors, email us along with your order. We'll assemble your order with a vinyl designed for outdoor use free of charge!
Textured Walls:
We have had customers experience success putting our decals on semi-textured walls. We've been told the texture has an awesome bark-like effect on our trees. However, SissyLittle.com cannot guarantee that decals will perform adequately on textured surfaces.
Glass & Mirrors:
Definitely. Be aware that the back of SissyLittle.com wall art is not typically intended to viewed from the back. When applied to glass, on the "back" side the color may appear a shade darker and the design will appear reversed.
Appliances:
Customers say our designs look great on refrigerators, computers, wash machines, lamps, even espresso machines! Our vinyl designs should not be applied to extremely surfaces, but can be used to liven up just about any appliance in your life.
Vehicles:
Our designs look great on cars, boats, bikes, and other assorted vehicles. If your design will be exposed to the elements outdoors, email us when you order, and we'll assemble your designs with a vinyl that is intended for outdoor use.
Will your designs leave residue on my walls?
The adhesive used on our wall vinyl is water based and typically removes without leaving a residue.

How do I enter a promotional code?
Code Entry:
An entry box labeled "promo code" can be found on both the shopping cart and checkout pages. Enter your code hit and the "Apply" button beside the entry box. The shopping cart and checkout totals will update to reflect the price reduction associated with your promotion or gift card.
Code Not Recognized:
  • Typos are the primary reason SissyLittle.com responds with a "Code not recognized" error message. Codes are built with security as a priority but they can be difficult to type. We recommend you electronically cut and paste the code from the email or website where you received your code to avoid entry errors.
  • Non-Code Entered. Companies that work with SissyLittle.com distribute our codes in a myriad of ways. These companies will often include code-like strings in their communications that can be mistaken for our codes ('order-id', 'invoice-number', etc.).
  • Already Used. If a one-time-use code has been used on a previous order, SissyLittle.com will no longer recognize that code. If you believe that someone else has used your code, contact us immediately (see below).

Can I use a promotional code to pay for shipping?
Unless otherwise stated by SissyLittle.com, codes associated with promotional discounts cannot be used to pay for shipping.

Codes associated with gift cards are not considered discounts and can be used towards all purchase costs including shipping.
Can I use more than one promotional code on an order?
Unless otherwise stated by SissyLittle.com, promotional codes issued in conjunction with deal-of-the day discount sites cannot be combined on a single order.

SissyLittle.com will very occasionally offer discounts that can be combined with other discounts. For a discount to be combinable with other discounts on a single order, all other discounts currently attached to the order must also allow discount combining.
Can I apply a discount to an order that's already been placed?
Once an order has been submitted to SissyLittle.com, further promotional codes and or discounts can no longer be applied to that order.
Will it be hard to apply?
Not at all! SissyLittle.com adds a few things to every purchase help you install you vinyl like pro.

First SissyLittle.com includes a free squeegee with every purchase. No need to run to the store to buy a squeegee that you'll never use again. Next we include a detailed set of instructions so you'll know what do at every step of the installation process. Finally we include a free practice decal so you can perfect your technique before giving it a go on your own purchase.
Can I have a design customized?
Yes. We'd be happy to alter one of our existing designs to suit your needs. If you need a design resized, personalized, or otherwise changed, our Customize It! section has everything you need to know about working with SissyLittle.to customize a design.
Can you create a new design for me?
Yes. We would love to work with you to create a new design from scratch.
